How Deloconn handles the details you send us through the contact form.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it
- Your message
- A record that you selected the consent box
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage our relationship with you.
Our legal basis for using your details is to respond to your inquiry and to manage our business relationship with you.
Who processes it for us
- Deloconn owns these inquiries and decides how they are used. Deloconn is the controller of your details.
- Zoho CRM is our processor, which means it handles your details only on our instructions. It stores the inquiries we receive on our behalf. Zoho stores this data in its United States (US) data center.
- Microsoft Azure hosts this website. It doesn't receive your details.
When you send the form, your browser sends your details straight to Zoho. This website doesn't keep, log, or copy them.
The form's spam checks run in your browser. They don't send us any extra data.
Form analytics and cookies
The contact page loads a form analytics script from Zoho, our CRM processor. It records visits to the form and interactions with it, for example whether someone starts the form and whether they submit it.
This script sends Zoho a notice when the contact page is viewed and when someone first interacts with the form. It sets a webformvisitor_* cookie in your browser that lasts about 30 days, and Zoho also sets a zalb_ load-balancing cookie on its own domain.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information only as long as we need it for these purposes, or longer if the law requires it.

To ask for a copy of your details or to have them deleted, email info@deloconn.com.
